How much of your reality is becoming virtual? Cell phone? Apps? TV? Computer? Technology is taking over our lives, slowly but surely. It used to be that when friends and family spent time together, it was direct human contact in shared physical space. During conversation, we picked up on each other’s vibes and energy. We shared our stories, activities, and we enjoyed the outdoors together.

Technology creates a void within us

Technology gives the illusion of “more connected” because we “know” more people, but it is distant and cold. Technology has its place, but we need to take care with it. If we are too dependent upon it for all of our human interaction, it creates a lonely void within us.
