Just remember, if life’s feeling much better than that for you right now, then look around and see who you can inspire and/or help out. Even just one small act of kindness could go a long way towards helping someone who is struggling to keep their head above water.
We are all connected. What you send out will always come back to you, so aspire to send out the very best that you can. Acts of kindness should be given with love and without thought for any return, but nonetheless, some day you may be the one who needs a little fortification of courage!
