Words on pages shaped my life. As a child, I practically lived at the library! I voraciously fed my mind with many of the literary classics, and those great writers sparked my imagination.
The worlds that they wrote about opened my mind to many possibilities. Eventually those inspiring words contoured my adult life. It was a small leap to imagine traveling the world some day. And I have, for some 20 years now! I believe my life would have been very different without all those inspiring words my mind absorbed as a child.

There’s a great big wide world out there, and we may think we know it through the news. But knowledge we access through books is different. Books exercise our minds, honing our imaginations and critical thinking skills.
